The following rules apply to all properties provided by Velo Apartments
Full details will be provided when your booking is confirmed. Usual check-in time is from 14:00pm
Please ensure you depart before 10:00am unless you have made a prior request to depart later.
We normally charge £30 extra to cover our incurred costs if you request a late check-out beforehand but we reserve the right to charge £100 if you leave late but did not make a prior request to do so.
Please ensure that you have specified the correct number of guests that will be staying. This is vitally important for your safety as in the unlikely event there is an emergency, we need to be able to account for everyone.
Flexible: Full refund up to 14 days before arrival. Full payment due if you cancel within 14 days of your stay.
Non-Refundable: Full payment due even if cancelled.
We operate a strict no-smoking policy in our properties. We reserve the right to charge up to a £250 specialist cleaning fee if there is evidence of smoking.
Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets in our properties.
Please respect our neighbours and do not make loud noise between 22:00pm and 07:00am.
We want all our guests to arrive to a clean property. To help ensure this, we kindly ask that guests make sure everything is left reasonably clean and tidy on departure.
We do not ask you to vacuum or fold towels but we do request that you do not leave any washing-up or un-bagged rubbish laying around.
If the property is left in a particularly messy state, we reserve the right to charge additional fees.
While we accept there may be fair wear and tear, please avoid damaging the property or its contents.
We reserve the right to charge you for the cost of repairs and may take appropriate legal action if there is evidence of deliberate damage.
Please ensure you return all keys to the location from which they were collected unless otherwise stated in the property information or instructed by our staff.
We reserve the right to charge £100 if keys are not returned to the correct place. Additionally, we may charge for the cost of replacement keys if the keys are lost.
It is our intention that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us. We understand that you may sometimes have special requests and we always endeavour to accommodate these. However, please be aware that we have a duty to all our guests, across many properties, as well as our team to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
We have a zero tolerance policy for abuse of our staff.
Rude, vulgar, violent, aggressive or threatening behaviour towards our staff is unacceptable and appropriate action will be taken.
